Shipping Carriers

We utilize various shipping carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Royal Mail (for certain international destinations)

The specific carrier used depends on your location and the print provider fulfilling your order.

 
Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after production

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after production (available on select products)

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7-21 business days after production

  • These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on customs processing in the destination country

 
Total Delivery Timeframe

To estimate your total delivery timeframe, please add the production time (2-7 business days) to the shipping timeframe for your location. For example:

  • Domestic orders with standard shipping: Approximately 5-12 business days from order placement

  • International orders: Approximately 9-28 business days from order placement

 

Order Tracking

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships from the print provider. Please note:

  • Tracking details are typically sent 1-3 days after production completion

  • You can also view your order status and tracking by logging into your account on our website

  • Some international tracking may provide limited updates once the package leaves the origin country

 
Production Updates

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not provide real-time production updates. If your order exceeds the estimated production timeframe by more than 3 business days, please contact us for assistance.

 

International Orders

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders:

  • The recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties levied by the destination country

  • These fees are collected by your local postal service or delivery carrier and are not included in our shipping charges

  • We cannot predict these fees as they vary by country and order value

  • Orders refused due to customs fees will not be refunded for shipping costs

 
Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:

  • Full name

  • Street address with house/apartment number

  • City, state/province, and postal/ZIP code

  • Country

  • Phone number (required for international shipping)

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or returned packages.

 
Shipping Restrictions

We are able to ship to most countries, except for North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.

 

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date

  2. Include your order number and photos of damaged items (if applicable)

  3. We will resolve the issue, which may include reshipping your order or providing a refund

 
Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned or lost:

  • You will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship your order

  • If the package is returned to us, we will contact you for the correct address and applicable reshipping fees
